The Rabbit and the Moon (2012)

Here it is, the image that started it all…

The original drawing I did entitled “The Rabbit and the Moon.”

Kamiko catches the moon while the moon rabbit and a young girl who happens to be there catches a glimpse of it.

The girl is, yup, you guessed it, Hana.

Hana existed from the novel version of This Mortal Coil I wrote the previous year.
