New Chapter!

In color!!

Well, just these few pages. I started these way back in May, and then jumped into another project, and suddenly the idea of coloring these seemed quite a big task. This lead me to extend the previous chapter out by a bit. Plus there was some exposition, introduction, and jokes I wanted to do with Kamiko and Helena. But, we're back to Catherine as she begins her searched for a horned dog. Or is she a horndog looking for a horned dog?

I thought I had completed this page way back when, but when I looked at it just this morning I realized there were all these little things to fix, and then sometimes fixes lead to other fixes. I didn't like the dialogue so I changed it again. Originally it was more heavily Japanese on the office lady's end, but I pulled that back. And so, this is what I came up with in the end.

Well, it was a whole to do. There's some inconsistencies with the art, but I can live with it.

It's not just a new chapter for the story, it's a new chapter for me too. You see, I put in my two week notice at my job, you know two weeks ago, and yesterday was my last day on the job. So now, for the time being I'm free before my new job begins in a few weeks. I have plans. Things to do. But most of all, I should probably relax and not do anything for a bit.

Anyhow, I'm excited and anxious for the new job. There's plenty of things that I know. There are new things to learn. New people to meet. We'll see how it all goes. In the end, I'm more excited than not.

But for now, some vacation time.

Where ever you are, I hope you're having a good weekend!
